  1. In the angelic magick books, I know you say to start a ritual on a Thursday, failing that, start on a Monday. But I have a pressing need to start a particular ritual ASAP for protection and I don’t really want to wait until next Monday or Thursday. How vital is it to start on these days? Or will the magick be just as effective if I were to start tonight (Friday)?

  2. Hello Damon and Zanna,

    I have some of your books.

    The way my brain is wired, I always ask questions why this and why that and so on. So the rituals and spells stated in your books are of a different language from mine, which is English.

    Due to the fact that the rituals are of a different language, my brain wants to know what they mean. I know you have mentioned this topic of what some of the words mean but very briefly in another post.

    I’m wondering if you could direct me to a book/article/documents/etc whereby I can just look up the meaning of the words used in your books. I guess I’m talking more like a dictionary that I can easily use to refer to.

    1. The words are drawn from so many sources there’s no one document that explains it all, and lots of the words are divine names, angelic names or Names of God, so if you translate, or transliterate, you just end up with what looks like gobbledygook anyways. In my book there’s a bit at the back that says where the Names come from, and you also see the transliteration in each chapter, so it can’t be translated any more than that. The real translation is the experience.

      I get a hunch that we’ll put out a book one day telling you all the theoretical stuff and this will be there, but the other thing is, it really, honestly, truly won’t make magic work any better.

        I’m just the curious type and really hope you and Damon will have a book out on the “theoretical stuff” which really intrigues me. It is just the studious side of me wanting to know “things”.

    I have most of your books and have been getting started with both angel books and the cashbook. I just thought this was funny and wanted to share; My first attempt with the cashbook didn’t yield results, I figure I asked for a higher amount than I actually believed I could get so decided to try again with the small amount like you suggested. I just *thought*, “ok, I will ask Nitika tomorrow for .50”, I didn’t do the ritual because it was Wednesday and I was waiting for today. I went to the library this morning to do some work and lo and behold, there was exactly .50 (2 quarters) stacked on a shelf I went to! LOL!!!! Isn’t that great!?! I love it, I’m so excited to try again haha! Will keep you posted. 😉 I think I am getting results with the angels too but it is cumulative magic so will take some time. I really hope to SEE one!! 😀

    1. Oh yeah, been there, seen that. Sometimes these lovely little coincidences got my goat, because I wanted the big result. But yet, it’s a sign tat the cosmos is stirring.

      1. Yeah, I thought it was hilarious really! I literally laughed out loud when I saw the quarters sitting there waiting for me- Haha!! The neat thing was I hadn’t even done the ritual yet! I was planning on it though. Too funny ;-D
